Shipping

What's your delivery time?

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Generally, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare your items and 5-10 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 6-13 business days.
Please understand that during the holiday period, our processing and delivery time may be extended.

What shipping carries do you use?

We only use standard shipping now.For US address, we also use DHL.

How do i know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. When the label for your order has been created we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number for your package and your order will be shipped shortly after.

What countries do you ship to?

How do i track my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship to PO.Boxes and APO、FPO、DPO address?

No, we can't ship to PO、BOX、APO、FPO address.

Where will my order ship from?

We are Chinese company and we will ship from China.

Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Sometimes this happens. Occasionally a carrier will mark your package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off.

Please be sure to check your front/side/back doors, garage area, mailbox, bushes or any other place where your package may be hiding. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them.

Typically, packages turn up within 3 days. If it’s still missing after 3 days, please contact us.

Return Policy

FREELEAF MAKES RETURN EASY AND HASSLE-FREE.We really appreciate your shopping with FREELEAF and hope you feel happy to own them, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.Please don't worry, we accept returns or exchange of our goods that are unwashed, unworn(except for trying on), and in brand new condition up to 30 days after purchase.Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs for refunds that are not caused by a problem on our part. (Received products with quality problems, received wrong products, etc.)

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow for 3-5 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email containing your refund or store credit information. 

What happens if I return a product after the specified return time?

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at FREELEAF once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. 

Where will my money be refunded?

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. 

Can I return Final Sale Items?

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.

Do you provide free returns and exchanges?

We understand that the process of choosing clothing can be frustrating. But we are sorry that we do not provide free returns and exchanges for reasons not caused by the company (wrong goods shipped, defective products received, etc.)

 

Order

Can I change the order or address?

We always hope to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change your order or address, please email to our customer service as soon as possible after ordering the goods. Our customer service personnel will handle it for you.
But please note:we can only change your order information before your items are unpacked and shipped, so you need to contact us as soon as possible to change your order information.

Can I cancel the order after I place the order?

Yes you can.

Why my order status says "Unfulfilled"?

Orders with an "Unfulfilled" status are currently being picked, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped, your order status will change to "Fulfilled." You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this time.

What should i do if i receive the wrong items?

We are very sorry about this situation. Sometimes this happens, on rare occasions. But don't worry, if the product you receive is not what you purchased, we will cover any costs incurred and ensure that you will receive the product you ordered. You only need to contact our after-sales customer service and we will help you solve it.

What should I do if my order has arrived and I am missing an item?

We're sorry that this is happening to you. If you find that we have missed some products after receiving the package, you can first check your email to see if we have sent you an email about product shortages. If you don't receive any email, please don't worry. You can send an email to our after-sales customer service. Tell them about the problem you are having. They will help you resolve these issues.

I'm not sure which size fits me in your store, what should I do?

Our different categories of products come in different sizes. You can find the size chart in the information at the bottom of the website and find the right size for you based on bust size and length data.
