Return Policy

FREELEAF MAKES RETURN EASY AND HASSLE-FREE.

We really appreciate your shopping with FREELEAF and hope you feel happy to own them, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.Please don't worry, we accept returns or exchange of our goods that are unwashed, unworn(except for trying on), and in brand new condition up to 30 days after purchase.Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items.Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.

And please note: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

What is the return process?

1. Send an email to our after-sales mailbox. Please indicate the following contents in the email:
Reason for return;
Item status: such as only tried on, whether there is any stain after trying on, whether it has been washed, etc.
Whether the original packaging of the product is intact.

Please note: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please also note before returning the product that we do not accept refunds if the product is stained or damaged by the customer.

2. If your situation meets the above return conditions, please place the item in the original packaging as much as possible and attach your order number in the packaging.

3. You can choose the logistics that is most convenient for you to return the product.

4. After we receive the item you returned, it will take 3 to 5 days to process and register and refund you in time. Your payment will be returned to your account through the original route.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow for 3-5 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email containing your refund or store credit information. 

What happens if I return a product after the specified return time?

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at FREELEAF once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. 

Can I return Final Sale Items?

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.

Do you provide free returns and exchanges?

We understand that the process of choosing clothing can be frustrating. But we are sorry that we do not provide free returns and exchanges for reasons not caused by the company (wrong goods shipped, defective products received, etc.)

Where will my money be refunded?

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. 

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Yes of course.

After you place your order, we will need 1-3 business days to prepare your item. You need to inform us that you want to cancel your order within 2 business days at the latest after you place your order, then we can handle it for you in time. However, if you inform us on the last day when we are preparing the order, it is very likely that the item has been prepared for shipment. We will try to cancel it for you, but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. Therefore, if the cancellation is not successful, please understand.
